BURN: when burning your candle for the first time please allow the candles top layer to burn and melt entirely - this is because candle wax has a memory. This means that your candle remembers where it burnt up to on that first burn and will only ever burn up to the point it was last extinguished.

Please note: Our candles may develop a slight frosted or crystalline appearance over time. This is a common characteristic of high-quality, natural soy wax and does not affect the performance or safety of the candle.

Safety:

For safety and optimal burn, do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool before lighting it again.

Please do not leave a burning candle unattended

At Charmed Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on used candles or wax melts for hygiene and safety reasons.

We aim to ship your order within 3-7 days, as some candles are made to order. If you need it sooner, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help.
