SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping as some of our candles are made to order, we are a small business working hard to create your perfect products. Please always let us know if you need your candle sooner and we will try to accommodate this. All items are carefully packaged and shipped in recyclable boxes, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Charmed Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on used candles or wax melts for hygiene and safety reasons.
