*Disclaimer: Due to their unique sculptural shape, these candles are designed primarily for decorative use and will not burn all wax completely. To avoid wax spillage, place on a heat-resistant dish while burning. Any leftover wax can be repurposed in a wax melt burner, so nothing goes to waste!
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Charmed Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on used candles or wax melts for hygiene and safety reasons.
